Feasibility, sales and solicitation

Collection of case volume projections from interested physician partners.

Development of feasibility study and economic pro-forma (providing industry standard inputs and assumptions where necessary). Final pro-forma includes a projected 5-year balance sheet, profit-loss statement and cash flow statement.

Preparation and presentation of term sheets outlining proposed partnership terms and agreements.

Collection and recording of founder’s funds (if appropriate).

Review and presentation of Private Placement Memorandum (PPM).

Collection and recording of investor capital contributions.

Coordinating election and formation of the Board of Directors.

Planning and marketing activities

Work with partnership to create initial 5 year strategic/business plan

Prepare and distribute initial news release to announce the project.

Develop and produce monthly project newsletter during development.

Negotiate for development and initiation of web-site.
-
Plan groundbreaking and topping off and grand opening events (invitations, news release, etc.).

Coordinate marketing & public relations activity.
-
Coordinate and develop marketing materials (brochures, letterhead, business cards, etc.)
